Constructed in 1854, the Waltham Watch Factory Complex encompasses 30 Buildings and 400,000 SF along the Charles River in Waltham, MA. The watch Factory Lofts design was completed for 6 buildings, comprising 118,826 SF. Subsequent fit-outs were prepared for select tenants.

Renovation program included 96 loft-style apartment units with provisions for a future restaurant and Café.
