Avid Engineers was involved in a project that consisted of the construction of a new, single story distribution facility of approximately 150,000-SF with a 10,000-SF mezzanine office space located in Dover, NH. Avid Engineers performed Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document, and Bidding + Construction Administration efforts for this project. Avid proudly served as a sub-consultant to RKB Architects, contributing expertise to ensure the project’s success.
