PPT’s renovation consisted of 43,000-SF of office space, a 16,000-SF warehouse area equipped with shipping and receiving, and a 10,000-SF Testing and Engineering area for data center applications. The customized alterations include demand-oriented MEP/FP system designs such as a double-interlock, pre-action fire protection systems, DX-cooling CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units, electrical service upgrades, as well as incorporating the addition of standby generator backups. These systems are designed to meet client expectations while considering challenges associated with existing building infrastructure limitations.
