Orna Therapeutics is a 70,000-SF life science laboratory and office fitout in a re-purposed parking structure, located in Watertown, MA. The project includes of a 3,500-SF vivarium, tissue culture rooms, open lab and lab support spaces. The MEP/FP scope includes extension of base building systems, dedicated HVAC systems to support the vivarium, tenant standby generator, compressed air, process vacuum and RODI systems.
