This therapeutics facility is focused on using innovations in gene therapy to lead the fight against devastating rare and prevalent diseases. Avid Engineers was the engineer of record for the buildout of approximately 27,000-SF of office and biosafety lab space. MEP-FP design features included 100% outdoor air and exhaust system with glycol-based heat recovery, RODI water system, active pH neutralization skid, compressed air system, process vacuum, and compressed gas distribution.
