Avid completed multiple projects at 100 Federal Street, a high-rise structure in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts. As Boston’s 8th tallest building, the skyscraping tower rises 591 feet and 37 floors.

HFF/JLL

Avid Engineers worked with HFF, a leader in commercial real estate services who is now part of JLL, to design the MEP-FP systems for their offices at 100 Federal. Off-hours site surveys and detailed building investigations were required to ensure Avid’s design could be constructed within space limitations. Additionally, the design included hot water perimeter induction units, which work in conjunction with air from building air handling equipment, to create a comfortable, heated space.

Centessa Pharmaceuticals

Avid Engineers was involved in a Tenant Improvement project for Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a US- and UK-based company that prides itself in the discovery and development of transformational medicine options for its clients and patients.

The renovations consisted of approximately 19,000-SF of office fit-out for which Avid Engineers provided Existing Conditions Documentation, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
