Avid Engineers was involved in a Core and Shell and Spec Suites renovation project at 5 Burlington Woods in Burlington, MA. The scope of work for this specific project consisted of the design of multiple tenant spaces located on the 1st and 2nd Floors into Laboratory / Office split spaces. Avid Engineers provided Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration Services for this project.
