800 Boylston Street – Hawk Partners (10,479-SF)
Hawk Partners is a Marketing Consultant Firm that works with a plethora of clients across many market segments. Avid Engineers worked with Hawk Partners on renovations to their office space on the 29th Floor of 800 Boylston. The project scope included 10,479-SF worth of work to accommodate Hawk Partners’ future endeavors in the space. Avid provided Existing Conditions Documentation, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Low Voltage [A/V, Security] services for the project.
4th Floor (17,000-SF)
Avid Engineers partook in a tenant improvement project for the 4th Floor of 800 Boylston Street, which included roughly 17,000-SF worth of service area. In addition to tenant improvement, the project scope included renovations to the elevator lobby, restrooms, and common corridors.
7th Floor (3,000-SF)
This 2,209-SF renovation project consisted of renovations to an elevator lobby on 800 Boylston Street’s 7th Floor, as well as renovations to the common areas on the same floor.
17th Floor
Another renovation project, 800 Boylston’s 17th Floor utilized Avid Engineer’s extensive TI knowledge base. This project consisted of renovations to the elevator lobby on the 17th Floor, as well as the restrooms and wellness center.
