Avid Engineers was involved in a renovation effort for 99 Erie Street in Cambridge, MA. This effort consisted of renovations to Suite B, consisting of approximately 27,960-SF. The area was a Tenant Space with a Laboratory / Office Split; with the existing Lab area being returned to shell condition and then upgraded.
