BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc., commonly referred as BJ’s, is an American membership-only warehouse club chain operating on the East Coast of the United States and the states of Ohio and Michigan.

Avid Engineers was responsible for providing engineer of record services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Avid’s designs included smoke exhaust, ESFR sprinkler protection, casework condensate, refrigerant recovery coordination, and electrical distribution as well as any RFI’s, shop drawings, and other requests from the contractor or building owner.
