Avid Engineers was involved in a renovation project project for Corindus, located in Newton, MA. Specifically, the scope of work consisted of renovations to accommodate 38,000-SF of Production space as well as 35,000-SF of Office space. Avid Engineers provided Existing Conditions Documentation, Construction Documents, and Bidding / Construction Administration Services.
