Avid Engineers was the engineer of record for the buildout of approximately 10,000-SF of office and bio-safety lab space. MEP-FP design features included 100% outdoor air and exhaust system with glycol-based heat recovery, RODI water system, active pH neutralization skid, compressed air system, process vacuum, and compressed gas distribution.
