Introduced in 1992, HomeGoods operates in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This chain has both a standalone and superstore format, which couples HomeGoods with a T.J. Maxx (TJX) or Marshalls.

Avid Engineers has worked with HomeGoods/TJX on numerous designs for several TJX buildings and locations. One such project was the retail tenant fit-out done for a TJ Maxx store located in Middleton, MA. The proposed fit-out was approximately 21,000-SF and was created from the demise of the previously existing Walgreens and Fashion Bug stores. Avid Engineers designed the new fit-out’s MEP-FP systems, utilizing what was in good working condition from the previous stores’ system designs.
