Avid Engineers was responsible for the preparation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical drawings and specifications for many of the sites retail shell buildings. After completion of the first phase core and shell of the space, tenant fit outs were performed for the future use and later designed to tenant requirements. The plans included floor plans, part plans, riser diagrams equipment schedules, details and notes that were required for the scope of work.
