The Forest Court Apartments, located in Porter Square in Cambridge, are an ideal location for students and local commuters in the Boston area. The two historic “U” shaped apartments sit across from one another and appear to be mirror images of one another.

Avid Engineers has been responsible for the complete redesign of the MEP/FP systems on all four floors to ensure that all residents are in a safe, comfortable and ideal environment. This includes the design of the basement renovation at both buildings, which takes a rustic “fallout shelter” from the early 1900s and converts it to modern day living spaces. Avid continues to assist in the effort at the Forest Court Apartments to ensure all tenants are living in a comfortable, modern environment.
