Hanover is the owner and operator of several locations consisting of luxury apartment buildings. Avid Engineers has worked with Hanover on several projects in different locations for multiple of their luxury apartments.

To highlight these efforts, one of the Hanover buildings that Avid Engineers designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for is the Hanover Westford North in Westford, MA. This project consisted of multiple 4-story, 90 unit, 100,000-SF residential apartment building with an associated 5,000-SF clubhouse. Avid provided drawings as well as building-code related narrative documents, and design certification forms to support the permitting process.
