Avid Engineers provided code research and permitting assistance to LASE Corporation as part of their tenant improvement project. As part of the Client’s initial permit filing, the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) identified some areas of concern regarding the previously prepared documentation and the need for additional review and analysis. Avid Engineers provided a rapid review of the AHJ’s concerns and presented the Client with the code analysis and proposed solutions to keep the project moving forward.
