Avid Engineers was responsible for the design of the brand new 43,860-SF of shell and core space. The space was broken up into retail and office space: 31,900-SF of retail & 11,960-SF of office space. The shell and core spaces included the design of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems put in place for future tenant use.
