The Veridian specializes in luxury apartments. Avid Engineers was responsible for the design of The Veridian’s location in Portsmouth, NH.

The project includes the construction of a 4-story, apartment building on a green grass site, retail site, totaling approximately 113,500-SF. The first floor consists of a lobby, amenities, club room as well as various apartments. The second through fourth floors consist of apartments. The apartment complex also has a roof deck as well as available remote storage areas. Avid’s design gives residents and staff the ability to maintain comfortable space temperatures as well as have access to necessary facilities and amenities while using the latest in energy reduction technology.
